Still have questions (don’t we all)?
Click through to address questions you might have about what to expect as we work together. Don’t see your question - contact me or maybe google it?
+ I already have a site in another system, but it's pretty dated and needs an upgrade - can you help?
Yes! I've helped companies with full redesigns, by understanding what needs updating, what does and doesn't work with the current site, and how we can improve your site without losing your brand's voice.
+ What if I don't need all your services - can I pick and choose?
Of course you can! That's why I have such a broad price range, if you don't need everything I offer, I won't charge you for it. I recommend keeping me in the loop for any work you do on your own to make sure the site is 100% cohesive, but my goal is to work WITH you, not dictate the whole process. We're a team.
+ Will I be able to make updates to my site after you're done?
Absolutely. My goal with any website it to create a system that is easily updatable and duplicatable. Post-launch, you should ABSOLUTELY make content updates with new service offerings, testimonials and images - your site should grow and evolve with your business. Part of your project includes one on one training on how to use the tools we've built, and documented instructions on how to use it after we part ways. And let's be real, I'm not going anywhere. If you have a questions months after launch, just ask me. I'd rather help you and make sure your site stays beautiful then for you to get frustrated or build something that breaks the integrity of our design.
+ I have NO idea where to start - how basic is too basic?
Your job is NOT to know how to build a website. I never want you to feel overwhelmed by this process, because it is overwhelming. So if I start using terminology that is flying over your head, or if you feel like I'm speaking another language tell me! I do not judge, and I want to make sure you're comfortable with our process working together.
